North Korean defector and activist, JUNG, Gwang Il, former survivor of the infamous Yodok political prison camp, will talk about how No Chain, the human rights NGO he founded in South Korea, is using digital media to try to break the NK regime's stranglehold on outside information to its own citizens, and how, by using new technologies such as helicopter drones, No Chain is circumventing the regime's control.
