2017 theme Policy & Advocacy

After Ranking Digital Rights launched its inaugural Corporate Accountability Index in November 2015, a number of organizations successfully used the Index results to develop company-oriented advocacy campaigns to complement RDR’s own engagement efforts. In anticipation of the 2017 Index’s release later in March, in this three-part session we will:

Hour 1 - Provide an overview of RDR’s mission, history, methodology, and of the 2015 Index so that participants will be better equipped to process the results of the 2017 Index when it is released prior to RightsCon;

Hour 2 - Brainstorm advocacy strategies around the Index and its core findings

Hour 3 - Discuss avenues for cooperation with civil society & academia

Feel free to only come to the hour-long sub-session(s) that is/are of interest to you. Nathalie is also happy to talk about RDR at any time during the week.
